Established in 2020, Rowland Place is a private and gated community of 105 estate homes. All homes are located in the East Lake Voting District and Commissioner District 3 of Henry County, GA. Public schools are Union Grove High School, Union Grove Middle School, and Timber Ridge Elementary School.
The Rowland Place Homeowner's Association Board of Directors is comprised of three (3) homeowners elected by the membership to conduct the business of the Association and make decisions that are in the best interest of the community.
